A magical retreat experience
Waking up to the serene view of the private lagoon was unforgettable. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the spa treatments melted every ounce of stress.
However, the restaurant selections were limited during our stay, and we were disappointed that one of the key dining venues was closed for two days.

Had an amazing getaway with friends at this awesome resort! We soaked in the geothermal pool and enjoyed nature walks through surreal landscapes filled with bubbling mud pools. The spa was top-notch, and we loved the serene atmosphere. Highly recommend trying the massages and exploring the beautiful hiking trails nearby!
One downside was the staff's inconsistency in service. sometimes they seemed overwhelmed and less attentive during peak times.

The Moss Junior Suite amazed me with stunning views of the lagoon and comfortable decor. Swimming in the hot spring waters was just incredible, such a relaxing experience. The spa facilities offered a perfect escape from everyday stress. I really enjoyed the delicious food, especially in the restaurant. The staff were generally helpful and friendly. availability was limited, making it challenging to schedule treatments. After checking out, I was disappointed when told I'd have to pay extra just to use the facilities for two more hours before my flight. That seemed unreasonable after spending so much for the night. The front desk staff could have shown more empathy in that situation. Overall, it was an enjoyable visit, with a beautiful room and fantastic amenities, but a few service aspects can definitely improve.
